ABOUT COLLECTIVE SESSIONS OF YOGA IN GENERAL

Sessions of Yoga exercised collectively bring a special dynamic in the teachings and the practice, which are the fruits of the group resonance. Each person in the group may be very different, in their vision of Yoga, in their state of mind and body. But there is always a reason why Life brings us together. Dissonances and resonances may appear and we work with them as well, support and affinities can emerge and a deep respect for oneself and the others, beyond our differences. The Principle creates the perfect field for us to grow within each group configuration, with and without direct interactions between participants.

ABOUT COLLECTIVE SESSIONS FOR ADULTS

One of the meanings of Yoga in the Sanskrit language is « method for Union». The unity which is revealed is the foundation of all life, free from beliefs, conceptions and physical conditions. It expresses itself in the multiplicity and complexity of forms.

More often than not, this unity is hidden from us by veils.

These veils are lifted through the learning of Sol Yoga, which is integral and include in each session all the aspects of Yoga:

Useful elements of knowledge and specific information are transmitted.

Consciousness arises and is strengthened through an ethical commitment to life, awaken by yamas (how to develop an ethical relationship towards others) and niyamas (how to develop an ethical attitude towards oneself).

Movements favouring Kundalini’s awakening and yoga poses are practised.

Our psyche and physical body become more supple, healthy and strong, restoring equilibrium and potentially revealing undiscovered abilities. This is the gift of asanas (poses and movements).

Breathing exploration and exercises are proposed.

Through Pranayama (secrets of breathing by empirical exploration and specific techniques), the deepest breath within us regenerates our body tissues, heightens our Conscious-Energy and the vibratory quality of the being, enhance the junctions and the circulation between the different dimensions within us,
permitting to rediscover the elasticity of our body and more subtle matrices.

Meditation is explored in its different aspects.

The four other aspect of Yoga: Prathyaha (the withdrawal of senses from the outside world), Dharana (Concentration mind), Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (Nirvana, total awareness in the present moment) are the path to liberate our minds from exaggerated mental and emotional investment which is the source of most of the problems in our lives. Free from this, we access to the true constitution of the body, mind and matter and discover splendour within the substance and the simple joy of living.
