Sol Yoga At The Source Of Love
ABOUT THE SESSIONS
This Yoga, practiced with the aim of awakening and establishing the quality of Love in oneself and in our life, brings together several aspects:
Elements of knowledge and information,
Purely bodily exercises and more subtle ones,
Explorations with breathing, breath and sound,
Exercises for the awakening and refinement of the senses,
Reflections and advice for our practical life.
- Online session
(Monthly subscription: 26 €, annual subscription: 220 €)
1h Every Sunday
From 11:00 to 12:00 am, Portuguese time.
One-hour online sessions (live most of the time, sometimes recorded and accessible at any time on your member area) are available to you through a monthly or annual subscription.
Collective sessions (face to face)
Events and retreats
- Women's circles
(2h, on voluntary donation)
From 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Portuguese time.
Women’s circles are guiding us to explore and deepen in our flesh and in
our lives the essence of the feminine and to nourish the benevolent sorority.
The circles last for two hours and take place at 6:00 pm, Portuguese
time, in Cascais, Portugal.
- Themed workshops
(3h, 50 € per person, per workshop)
One Saturday per month
From 10:00 am to 13:00 pm, Portuguese time.
Workshops on different themes are conducted in the consciousness of
new paradigms, observing without judging our automatic ways of
thinking, providing elements of knowledge that support a way of thinking
and living which is freer, more vibrant and more aligned with our real constitution.
These workshops serve the deep mutations that occur in the world,
which are reflected at every scale and in a specific way in our lives, to
helps us to embrace them more easily.
They last for three hours and take place either online or in Cascais,Portugal.

- Retreats and trips
(3, 7 or 10 days, variable cost)
These group retreats include different aspects of the integral learning
process. It alternates naturally between free time and practice in group:
breathe, yoga, meditation, the art of movement, cooking workshops,
awakening consciousness workshops, walks in nature. Different
locations are chosen according to the retreats.
