Choosing custom Yoga sessions offers the practitioner unique sessions, specially designed for them and their specific needs. The transmission is done from heart to heart, within a privileged attention, the teacher being able to be completely available for his client, to correct his postures and to provide the necessary information as the sessions progress.

 

Practicing Yoga regularly helps to pacify the mind, to connect more deeply to our body, to better understand its physical constitution, to discover more subtle dimensions of the body.

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance otherwise they remain payable. All information communicated by the client is confidential.

In each session, useful elements of knowledge and specific information are transmitted, movements favouring Kundalini’s awakening and yoga poses are practised, exploration and exercises of breathing are proposed, meditation is explored.

These collective sessions, designed for adults, are proposed face to face, in a warm and privileged space, in Cascais, in Portugal.
